I mix 1 1/2 teaspoons of this into my morning smoothies after yoga practice. I haven't been using it long (perhaps a week or two), but I can already tell a significant difference. For more fun facts I've discovered: when mixed with strawberries in the blender it produces a grey color and when mixed with both strawberries and blueberries (or other dark berries), it creates black, so if you want to get on that whole "black colored food" trend or are Goth inclined, you can make a black smoothie without using charcoal powder (and thus it's medication friendly).
