I'm so glad I found this Solomon's Seal powder. Online I read to put a heaping spoonful of the Solomon's Seal in four cups of water, bring it to a simmer, and let it reduce by half. Then drink 1/2 cup of this liquid (I strain it) three to four times a day. I'm taking it with Dr. Christopher's Tissue and Bone capsules and a small amount of Comfrey Leaf tea (which is considered a controversial herb, if taken internally). The Solomon's Seal, even among the influence of the other herbs, is a heavy-lifter in making my ankle feel stronger and more supple again. I can definitely feel the difference since I've started drinking the tea. I'm looking forward to having this unfortunate mishap behind me soon.
