Definitely mix it with some form of milk! It’s not the best tasting with just water but if you do like 1/3 water and the rest milk it is so much better! I mix it in smoothies and my coffee. I also use oat milk for it because I don’t do dairy, mixing it with milk is definitely harder but mix it with a little water first then add milk, also a frother mixes it easier than a shaker bottle!Casein protein in general tastes much worse than whey. But Dymatize makes it taste as good as it can. All their proteins are excellent and taste so much better than any other proteins I have found.I use this almost every night before bed for recovery. It really makes a difference on whether or not I feel sore the next day. Vanilla flavor is good,a little sweet though. However it blends great in a normal shaker bottle.i got this on a massive sale, like half off and its great protein powder insane macros, great flavor, and i don't know about mix-ablity honestly I just make protein ice-cream and bake with itA much better quality protein, with incredible flavors! The first one I got was cinnamon bun and the second one I got was cookies and cream and both of them were a risk yet both tasted amazing! I make a protein ice cream every night and this is the best kind of treatEverything about this is great.Surprised that it tastes very similar to cookies and cream. Doesn’t taste too sweet and the powder is pretty good and easy to scoop. Nothing worse then lumpy protein!Finding the right protein powder that taste great and does it’s job at the same time can sometimes be difficult to find. I purchased the micellar casein slow absorbing protein; cookies & cream because my friend highly recommended it and gave me a sample. I actually liked the taste and was sold. It wasn’t grainy and it dissolved very well with my blender bottle. I do a high impact workout during the evenings for about 2 hours. As soon as I get home; I usually mix the Dymatize Elite Micellar Casein Protein powder with almond milk, a little PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter and sometimes I add cacao powder. It’s almost like drinking a thick milkshake. I sometimes use this as a meal replacement when I’m too tired to have a small meal after workout. I usually intake half the suggested serving size if I plan to have a meal. It’s does reduce some of my muscle soreness. I will definitely buy it again.
