I bought this egg white protein as recommended by the nursing service for my elderly mother. She doesn't realize that I add it into her food, as long as I use a small amount each time. It can even go into her coffee if it doesn't sit too long. It does have naturally occurring sodium, so that has to be figured in. A great product for the elderly that struggles with eating protein. The zip lock package will not line up and seal, so I had to use clips and put it into a larger zip lock bag, because I need to preserve the nutrition information. This is an inconvenience, and concerns me with exposure to air and moisture. However, the actual powder is excellent, and the price comparatively was a good value.Great food my baking needsI add the egg white to my smoothie. There isn’t really any taste to it but I recognize So it doesn’t mess up the flavor I am working towards. It’s an easy way to add protein.I'm extremely lactose intolerant and I've tried dozens of Protein products. All other protein powders kill me, my stomach rejects them, and they all cause extreme pain. This product is wonderfully different! I can use daily with no painful side effects. I can add to my coffee, add to my meals, or make myself a protein drink with fruits and veggies. There is NOTHING but egg whites in this little package. Despite what another reviewer said, there is no Sugar in this product!!! I am so thankful to have finally found a pure product that gives me the added protein I need without the pain and discomfort I've suffered from all other protein powders.I use 2 tbs in my breakfast smoothie, which I have, almost every day. I'm having a hard time finding it in local stores, Amazon makes it convenient and it only took a day for delivery. The egg white powder whips up to stiff peaks in no time and holds it's shape. I purchased a couple of other brands that didn't do as well. This is a keeper for my keto bread recipes. The flavor is neutral, no taste at all.Large bag,exactly what I wanted for keto recipes.
