I decided to start using my nutribullet and add various spices and seeds to hopefully begin a journey to better health. Unfortunately I'm not a gourmet taster, but blended together with a few greens and a bit of fruit I have been enjoying downing them. I can't say for certain what each individual ingredient has done, but the combination has been working. I also was given some essential oils that I have been using too.I am mixing: beautiful love organics raw cacao, terrasoul raw cacao, healthworks raw cacao, viva labs raw cacao, seagate products lemon powder concentrate, bulksupplements cranberry extract, bs ginger root extract, bs cinnamon bark extract, bs beet root powder, bs 5htp, bs hyaluronic acid, bs 95% curcumin, bs 50% green tea, dualspices nutmeg powder, now foods inulin prebiotic fos and hoosier hill farm paprika.We have been not wanting to eat for 2 to 4 hours after getting up and not wanting a third meal. We are dreaming like we're insain. Momma is pooping like she hasn't pooped in years. My heartburn is gone and blood pressure is slightly down. I'll try to add more if I notice anything else happening and can attribute it to any individual substance.It is what it says it is. I had assumed it would dissolve, but it doesn't. Has a bit of a bitter taste. I imagine it's because it has the peel as well as the juice.Not really sure how to rate it. Without it dissolving, and with the bitterness, I'm not a big fan, but other uses maybe great.doesn't dissolve well or have the same test as lemon juice- which I was using it as a substitute for. Still, appreciate that it's organic and convenient.I really liked it has a very pure lemony aroma will buy again it's also super detoxifying as well awesomeI take two teaspoons daily and wash it down with my morning tea. It's a good, pure product. A healthy citrus addition to your diet any time of year. I feel better after taking it. Improves skin radiance too, along with ACV, separately.Very bitter (not just sour)I received the items in great time but the product was terrible. It was a rust color not white as it showed on the picture. The product was very bitter and looked very old.If you're looking for a lemon product for health, most are too sugary, like cool aid. This product is Not too sugary like other powders. Perfect taste.
