This review is for October 2022. A lot of the negative reviews I saw were regarding the price. As of now, the $44 price is in line with the price on both the Ghost and Vitamin Shoppe websites (unless they have a sale and you can buy it for a little less).This protein is good, but it's a little to much for me with the carbs/sugar content. It's tastes great, but I like my protein powders to have only a couple of ingredients.My son however loves this! I always ask if he wants to switch to another brand, but he tells me No! We've tried all of the flavors. This one is his favorite. Sticking with this one for now.If you’re bulking up or building muscle and want a good base for your protein shake. This is one of my favorites for that. Flavor is there, just wish I could have a little bit more of those larger chunks of the cookies part of the cookies n creme. But all in all, it’s great. It doesn’t taste so badly like those other protein shakes where you can feel the artificial-ness of the flavor. Also use it for other things like in overnight oats or in baking. Definitely grabbing another when I run out.I like Ghost protein and think it's a good company. I got the Cereal Milk protein thinking it would be like Milk Bar's cereal milk flavor - more like corn flakes or frosted flakes in milk. Unfortunately Ghost's cereal milk is different. If you've ever enjoyed a popcorn-flavored Jelly Belly jelly bean, the flavoring is -exactly- the same. I still think Ghost's protein tastes good. It's just that Jelly Belly popcorn flavor is so stuck in my brain from a youth spent eating them that I can recognize it anywhere. Once you think "popcorn" you won't be able to get it out of your mind. So get it if you like popcorn flavor, or just want an interesting and tasty shake. Just don't expect to be reminded of Tony the Tiger.This is my first time trying this stuff, I bought it because I was recommended to get it by a friend of mine, and I am so glad I bought it, I thought it was a bit pricey, i can understand why because of the size, which is a very good size in my opinion, but overall, it is so good! taste just like the chocolate chip cookies but with lots of protein, highly recommend.Is a little pricey I agree but honestly for what it's worth it tastes incredible. I did try another brand called Orgain and honestly I like this product much more. Will probably be trying a few other brands but definitely next shipment is Ghost for sure.Update - bought a second batch of the Oreo and Nutter Butter, and they're super good.I'm actually Vegan and will likely be switching to their vegan brands, but with that said even as a vegan, I didn't get sick. I believe they use Sunflowder seed lechtin (which is like Sunflower seed milk), and there must be some form of small milk derivative in there I guess, but I believe the sunflower seed milk is what makes it taste so good.Enjoy!!I’m picky. But I’m trying to get more protein to help with weight loss. It was hard to hit it with food with my pickiness and couldn’t find my preferred protein drink locally so went with this. Even with water this is pretty legit. The flavor is good. No weird taste. Chunks of cookie are nice but do get stuck to the bottom of my blender bottle and in the whisk ball. A little pricey but for the taste it’s not unreasonable.I've been drinking all kinds of protein powders for the past couple of years and this is my new favorite. The taste is amazing, the shake blends very smoothly and the cookie chunks in the shake makes it feel like a nice treat. It's a bit pricey but I'd say it's worth it for the flavor and I will be buying again.This protein powder tastes pretty good and does not contain soy lecithin. I tried the peanut butter cereal milk flavor. I just used plain old tap water to make my shakes so if you use milk I’ll bet it goes from tasting pretty good to pretty dang good.Mixes well with water itself, the flavor was perfect and it isn’t a thick texture. The chocolate chip cookie chunks are a cherry on topProduct came on time. It’s delicious!!!!!!Like it.
