I am not sure if CytoSport has changed this formula since the last time I purchased it in 2014 but wow, the Muscle Milk in Chocolate tastes amazing and for less than $25.00 it's a steal!When it comes to mixing I tend to follow the directions listed on the label but prefer to mix it with a bit of Almond Milk, and sometimes I throw a small chunk of banana in the mix (for a treat)...not too much though because it gets too thick and turns into the consistency of pudding - YUCK! Chocolate Muscle Milk overall tastes like melted chocolate ice cream (just not as much fat and sugar that is found in ice cream). Best part is its lactose free and gluten free and also great for people with lactose intolerance (so long as you don't mix it with milk).I love using this pre workout and have a pretty solid predominately vegan diet; the Muscle Milk has enabled me to lose some body fat and gain some muscle mass so I am pleased and will be using this for long term maintenance.I'll include the label information in my review in case anyone is wondering about the info found on the product label.
