I’ve tried 4 different flavors and I’ll review each individually, because I use them differently. As a whole, though, I like these proteins as I find the ingredients and macros to be pretty good and prefer whey isolate proteins. I have also had no issue with any of them mixing into liquids or being clumpy, as I’ve encountered with other proteins.Listed in order of preference.Cinnamon Bun: Definitely my favorite of the flavors I’ve tried. I started with a 1lb tub, found out I loved it and bought a 5lb tub. I’ve finished that as well and am on to the next one. I originally purchased this to make protein pancakes, but I couldn’t get the texture right. Eventually I started adding it to my oatmeal and OH MY GOSH. Drizzle a little peanut butter on top and just wow. It’s so damn good. My only complaints are a: it definitely needs more cinnamon. I always add extra when using this, no matter how if it’s in oatmeal, mug cake, etc. and b: it definitely had an artificial sweetener taste. I personally have limited tolerance to actual sugar, so for me it’s not a problem. But I could see it being for someone more sensitive.Birthday Cake: I read reviews before deciding to purchase a 1lb tub to try this. Overall, I think the reviews are correct. It’s similar to halo top birthday cake ice cream, but honestly I’ve never just mixed this with water or milk and drank it, so maybe it would taste more similar if I did. As with the cinnamon bun, I just mix this in with oatmeal and drizzle with peanut butter. Just make sure to make the oatmeal on the liquid-y side because the protein powder absorbs a lot of the liquid. It definitely has an artificial, overly sweetened vanilla taste, but I think that’s bomb in my oatmeal.Double Chocolate: It’s not my favorite chocolate protein, but it’s not bad. It mixes nicely into milk if you put it in a shaker bottle. The previously mentioned proteins are so tasty that I haven’t tried this one mixed into my oatmeal, only as it’s own drink. And one time I tried to make a mug cake but it was awful. That may have been the recipe I used, though.Orange Dreamsicle: This one is a little difficult for me. You have to really be in the mood. It definitely nails the orange creamsicle flavor. Thing is, I just don’t think that flavor is for me. Maybe it was too many orange creamsicle drinks in college, I’m not sure. And I can’t figure out another use for it. I don’t think it would be good in oatmeal or baked with, so I’m just kind of sitting with half a tub trying to figure out how not to waste it.I just purchased and tried this Cinnamon Bun flavor and wanted to write a first-impressions review. It's more like 4.6 stars than a 5, but it does not deserve a 4 thus my 5 star rating. Of the relatively few protein powder brands I have tasted, this Dymatize ISO-100 is probably the best. That does not mean that it is absolutely fantastic, but you are drinking whey powder with water, so you have to be realistic in your expectations (which in my case are low). I am sure if you mix this with whole milk it will taste a lot better, but that would defeat my personal purpose. I am not a body builder by any stretch but am interested on a cleaner diet (heavy on unprocessed ingredients & raw fruits & veggies), loosing some weight (Weight Watchers - a 1 scoop single serving w/ 25g protein is only 1 Point!!), and toning up. My goal is about 170g protein a day (that's high - my USDA RDA is 85g), and this is a great low calorie supplement. Since it uses stevia as a sweetener. Stevia has a slightly sweet aftertaste which is not unpleasant, and with stevia I am not taking in artificial chemical sweeteners.I have tried both the Gourmet Chocolate and the Cinnamon Bun flavors and like both. I like the Chocolate just a little bit better but that is a personal taste thing. When mixed with room temp water it mixes very easily. After it is mixed I add crushed ice & shake again as it tastes best served cold. The company is proud of the quality of protein it provides and markets heavily on that claim. I am not a biochemist or nutritionist so I take them at their word regarding the amino acids, but this is made from standard non-organic GMO grain-fed BigAg dairy. I would be amazed if there were not trace amounts of GMO-related gyphosate herbicide, growth hormones, antibiotics (constant small doses create antibiotic resistant bacteria) and such in this product. I am no greenie wienie but low-dose herbicide for breakfast is not something I relish the thought of. I would pay more money for less chemicals.I can say that one scoop (24 of which are in a 1.6 lb jar) mixed with 6 oz of water has really filled me up. Earlier I had 2/3 cup of 1% cottage cheese with blueberries for breakfast (with my pot of morning coffee - some vices I refuse to give up). With this as a mid-morning snack I am still satisfied at noon. I am going to be using the Cinnamon Bun flavor as a first-cup-of-coffee replacement in the mornings to help boost my metabolism. This product is just under $1.29/25g protein serving when purchased in 1.6 lb jars, which supplies me about a third of my RDA. The cost drops a bit when you purchase the 5 lb jars, so get the small ones for taste testing and the large ones for everyday use. For comparison, a 10 oz. skinless boneless chicken breast (normal size from Texas HEB stores) is 88g protein and 467 calories. 3 scoops of this diary product is 75g/300cal but it is largely devoid of the other nutrients chicken meat has. We buy organic chicken so we are not getting antibiotics, growth hormones or GMO-related herbicides from that protein source. Even organic chicken at $5/lb is cheaper than this, but this is priced similar to competing products, is incredibly convenient, good tasting, and provides a filling boost of protein whenever you need one.Firstly talking about the box1) Every aspect meets the authenticity, as you can see I have attached multiple images2) box is a bit poor quality, it can be squeezed3)hologram on the lid shows genuine4) on the bottom everything is there lot no , mfg , exp , plant no , that image of a lady with Bhalla and all other things, so it is original5) Taste and result wise I’ll update the review later6) this is peanut butter so yes it smells completely like peanut butter. I purchased this from cloud tail seller7) to be honest I buy supplements from amazon and they are never fake. I also bought ON and Labrada whey which were genuine pretty much.
