Base Coat, Activator and Top Coat 15ml. Apply your base coat and dip your nail into the dip powder before it dries. It can also be used to apply nail art such as rhinestones, foils, and flowers. Ingredients: Ethyl Cyanoacrylate, PMMA. Activator 15ml. Hardens the dip powder without having to use an LED/UV lamp. Apply before buffing your nail. Ingredients: 2-Propanone, Acetic Acid Ethyl Ester Top Coat. Make sure your activator is completely dry and apply a coat of Top Coat, after about 20 seconds apply a second coat and let it dry a couple of minutes.
