I ordered this for meal replacements while on Keto. This is one of the few protein powders that I found to have lower carbs. Mixed with water was ok but not great, it has odd texture that was hard for me to drink. I prefer to mix with milk or almond milk, but half milk half water was ok too.The chocolate cookie and chocolate peanut butter are my favorite and taste great! I tried the cookies and cream but found it too sweet.For average meal replacement I would do 1 to 1.5 scoops in about 10 oz of milk which resulted in a slightly thick shake. I was left feeling satisfied and had a good amount of energy. I tried 2 scoops a few times and almost feel like it was too much. Overall I am very happy with the powder and will continue to purchase it even through the end of my diet.I love bpi products! They have helped me lose weight and i have been able to eat clean and less while getting stronger than i ever have been! This protein powder tastes amazing and blends well with no problem at all! I use a blender so im not sure how it works with a blender bottle. But i highly recommend this protein powder. If you do it right, i really believe you will see the results you want! I thank God most imporantly for helping me also with my journey of my new healthy lifestyle! And whoever is reading this i hope you do well with the goals you make for yourself. I take mine right after strength training.I bought this (chocolate cookie flavor) to replace BPI chocolate brownie, since that flavor was not available. Figured it should be close. Big ol' NOPE!First off, the flavor is something like chocolatey medicine. It. Is. Terrible! I can drink it only if I hold my breath. It has to be hands down the worst flavor of protein powder I've ever tasted. Unfortunate because I LOVE the chocolate brownie flavor.I will give BPI another shot, but this chocolate medicine from hell will never grace my cart again.To recap, chocolate brownie...amazing - chocolate cookie...sweaty donkey butt.Love the flavor !!!Caught a great sale, wish I would have stocked up more and taken advantage of the sale. Rara vez me ha inflamado el estomago, es fácil mezclar ya sea con agua o leche. Lo que si es el sabor, he buscado proteínas con sabores mas reales y pues esta no es la excepción a sabor artificial, esta extremadamente dulce, lo cual no es de mi agrado, la termino mezclando con fruta y uso la proteína como endulzante. Pero fuera de eso muy bien.Solo especial cuidado con el gramaje del bote, no se vayan con la finta ya que yo pensé que era 2,300gr aprox y fue de 1800. No la compren pensando que todos los botes tienen la misma cantidad. OJO ¡Ah! y detalle importante, no vayan a pensar el que bote realmente esta lleno del polvo, el bote es mas grande que el producto. Real esta lleno como a la mitad o menos, demasiado bote para el contenido que lleva.Antes de adquirirlo tenía dudas ya qué hay algunos comentarios negativos, finalmente cuando me llegó comprobé lo contrario…-Viene como sus sellos de la marca-La caducidad es la correcta-El sabor me gustó mucho, sabe a pediasure de fresa-Al prepararlo no observe grumos a pesar de qué utilice agua a temperatura ambienteDejo imágen del producto, el sello aparece ya desprendido porque me emocione y lo prepare de inmediato antes de tomar la foto ?.Sin duda lo volvería a comprar.I got a fake product. Taste was horrible and it forms lumps every time I mixed it in water. Also it causes some serious digestive issue.Para empezar es de las mejores marcas y a un precio mucho más accesible que en tiendas físicas. El sabor no es lo mejor pero no es la peor que he probado en la vida .
