Syntha 6 has been my go too since my college football days but I stopped because of the cost. If you can afford it, its totally worth it. Trust worthy company with amazing ingredients and awesome flavors. I personally love the Cookies and Cream the most. It has tiny chocolate pieces that feel like your having an oreo mcflurry or something along those lines. Very great taste and probably my favorite protein shake to drink. I typically will make this with water and still love it but if you have the means around, I'd recommend milk or almond milk for an even richer and creamier shake.
