The bottles are mine - these small Chinese snuff bottles are perfect for holding powdered perfume. I had bought a packet of Shoyeido incense perfume years ago at a small Japanese cultural products store in SoHo NYC. I thought I'd never find refills, and here they are on Amazon. Shake out a pinch into the palm of your hand, press the tip of your finger into the powder, and rub on pulse points. I like to put a final pinch in my palm, dust my palms together, then fluff my hair with it. A little goes a long way. I've read the negative reviews and yes, especially in the packets these have a strong, organic, spicy smell. Perfume scent is very personal, and fragrances adapt to body chemistry. If you are an earth godess looking to try something different and unique, I suggest these.
