These are amazing little packets of joy!!!!!I purchased these on a whim based off a YouTube ad that I kept seeing and immediately thought, “well I like oatmeal and I’ve had overnight oatmeal why not try theirs and see the flavor combos?”, not sure who’s saying they are bad they just take adjusting. To people who aren’t used to something like this I will admit it is a bit strange, filling the 8 oz bottle then the adding the packet like the directions state will give you a cross between creamy and chunky (the creaminess comes from the milk, the chunky from the oatmeal and potential additives, think nuts the chia seeds and potential small pieces of fruit.) I personally enjoy drinking my oats rather than spooning them so for me it was great just found out while trying these that drinking them was better than spooning FOR ME!Flavors are great, only one I didn’t personally mesh with was the glazed blueberry donut, it wasn’t bad it just to me was subpar compared to the rest. They all have a very distinct taste depending on your pallet and probably are more affected by the milk you choose to use, for reference I made all of mine with either whole milk or very rarely 1% low-fat milk. The chocolate flavors all vary and as the ad I saw on YouTube states I can confidently say they really do make great chocolate flavors, the dark chocolate sea salt has just enough dark chocolate flavor and the saltiness is pleasant at the end and not overpowering, the cookies and cream is just divine and definitely a top contender and I understand why it’s their best seller (think cookies and cream ice cream flavor for those who like it anyway) salted toffee and cinnamon roll taste great without being overly sweet and actually none of these are overly sweet so I never feel the need to add anything extra to them. Chocolate satin pie could be a bit better but you do get again a great chocolate flavor with what taste like cookie crumbs instead of a pie crust to me but still good, chocolate covered banana is also great, again smooth chocolate flavor that seems to mix with the banana and I have no idea how they make the chocolate front forward tasting (soon as it hits your tongue you know it’s chocolate) and the banana flavor just comes in maybe second or two after swallowing almost as if the milk mixed more with the banana flavor.I felt full for a few hours after eating one but since I typically had these first thing in the morning I would be at work and still finding myself reaching for a small snack but filling enough that if I had two for breakfast I would be full until lunch time (think 5:30am wake up wash face, eat two bottles and then go on about your day and have lunch around 12:30 1pm)They are easy to prepare as welll, just throw the milk in the provided bottle, add packet and boom shake a few times to mix and forget about it in the fridge until you want it (though I don’t think it’s smart to eat a prepared one after three days but not sure lol)For the price point as well I think they are perfect, the value for your money can’t be beaten but I would say to get the 8 pack first rather than the 16 I got.
