I'm not kidding, this protein shake tastes like vanilla ice cream!!! This is honestly the best non-casein protein shake I've tried - and I tried many, from pea protein to soy-based to other whey-based brands.It is a little hard to mix but luckily I have a battery mixer (for cappuccinos) that works well. I like that it has 30g of protein per scoop (big scoop) and not too many calories. The only thing I dislike is that it uses artificial sweeteners.I think it's effective thus far. I am taking it after workout and it seems to help me recover faster than without it.
