I tried this product last year and it literally had the consistency of dust. It was almost impossible to eat it or even mix it with anything. However, I have tried two bags of this over the last two weeks and it is so much improved. There is still a bit of a dust-like quality to it. But it now does mix with water... whereas before it just sat on top of it. It is not perfect...but the product has now gone from 'very difficult to eat' to 'somewhat difficult to eat'.The taste is fine and the price is very good - as it always was.5 stars from me.
