We recommend starting with our Total Prenatal and Prenatal Probiotics, but Pink Stork offers everything you need nutritionally through each trimester. Your needs are unique to you, and our products can be taken together for optimal results. Do you have anything for morning sickness? Yes! Pink Stork began as a morning sickness solution brand. Now, we offer Morning Sickness Sweets (Ginger and Mango), Peppermint Sweets, Morning Sickness Tea, and recommend our Prenatal Probiotic and Total Monolaurin for addressing the root cause. I'm nearing the end of my third trimester - is there anything I need to add to my supplement routine? Our Labor Prep line is formulated with herbs and ingredients women have used for centuries to holistically support labor and delivery -- for nutrient replenishment, uterine health, cervix dilation, and emotional well-being. You've got this, mama! Can I continue taking your prenatal products after childbirth? We offer a line of postnatals to support your needs as you welcome your baby - including our Total Postnatal Vitamins with vegan DHA, Postpartum Mood Support, Postpartum Probiotics, Sitz Bath, and our Pink Stork Lactation Line for breastfeeding moms.
PREGNANCY MUST HAVES Pink Stork Pregnancy and Nursing Protein Powder features 20 grams of chocolate truffle protein from collagen and whey protein - plus essential minerals (Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, and Calcium) as natural electrolytes for a healthy AND delicious chocolate protein shake.
PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL CARE Pregnant and breastfeeding women need more protein - and the need increases throughout pregnancy, as your caloric needs increase - nourish your body and your baby! Collagen also provides much-needed hair, skin, and nail support for you through this stage of life.
WHY YOU NEED IT Protein is vital for the growth, maintenance, and repair of cells, muscles, and joints as your body changes to support your baby. Electrolytes are the essential minerals that support hydration and help replenish your body - which is crucial for moms experiencing morning sickness, low energy levels, or just supporting an extra human with your body. Formulated by a female team of experts without GMOs, gluten, wheat, or soy; third-party tested.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN Pink Stork Chocolate Protein Powder is a yummy addition to your drinks - but you can also add it to your favorite recipes for a boost of protein and minerals. Make your own lactation cookies, lactation snacks, energy oats, or even milkshakes! We know your appetite and preferences change through pregnancy and postpartum - make our protein powder a part of your prenatal and postnatal ritual.
WOMEN-OWNED, WOMEN-RUN Pink Stork CEO and Founder Amy Suzanne is a mom of 6 children and knows how important it is to give parents products you can trust. We formulate our products with natural ingredients - so you know you are giving your children the best.
This product is third party tested and contains 20 grams of protein. In addition, you have bovine collagen which has been shown by research to not only support your lactation needs but also aid in fat burning, restore hair loss, and support nail growth. Rarely have I seen a combination of both while also only consisting of 90 calories. The taste and mixing of the product is good in a smoothie. The fact this product is third party tested is a huge plus and seems to be priced right. One thing that has always concerned me is the amount of heavy metals in protein products. Because protein is not regulated by the FDA, companies can have heavy metals in protein such as lead or arsenic. This is a huge concern for health reasons, and especially if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant, or nursing. If you don’t believe me, go on Labdoor’s website, a third party company that tests supplements. You will see the heavy metal constituents of each product, even those graded as an “A”. That is. Anecdotally, I have found that protein products third party tested (such as NSF certified) for heavy metals generally are more expensive (around 50 dollars or so for 20 servings).I have also found that proteins that are cheaper also lack in ingredients. Such as whey protein being the second or third ingredient rather than the first. Or sugar being the second or third ingredient. For that reason, typically these products are high in caloric intake. The product may taste great, but it means it is more processed and consists of ingredients that are counterproductive to weight management goals. That being said, I have found proteins that have desirable healthy ingredient lists generally do not taste super great or do not mix well in a shaker bottle. This is like most foods that are healthy. They don’t taste like cake and maybe that’s for a good reason. If you mix this in a smoothie blender with some frozen strawberries, yogurt, and oats it not only helps with the taste but also supports postpartum recovery as well.
