Best shake I’ve had in quite a while you do need 2 scoops , and that is only 15 grams of protein wish protein was higher but understandable this is being used for a special diet may look into there other products could not find this item in any store I serchedThe vanilla taste is strong but with banana and peanut butter it adds sweetness without the artificial taste and spinach prevents the sweetness from being overpowering. Don't shake it, blend it. Shaking it left some clumps. It's been a few months and I've already lost a lot of weight. Will definitely buy againIgnore the pre workout. Personally i like the vanilla better than the chocolate. I like the chocolate dont get me wrong, just would rather get vanilla. I hope other flavors come in the future. Fyi, i make it with water and its pretty good just like that.Love the vanilla flavor and smooth textureThis fits into my CICO plan better than almost any other protein product - it's 100 calories per drink.Great taste and it doesn’t clump.I was very underwhelmed with MM's zero sugar protein option. The good - the taste was pretty good, and it was the most affordable "zero" protein mix I found. The bad - it's very difficult to mix. The powder turns into a -very- thick paste unless you use a ton of water, and is the worst I've found for speed and ease of dissolving. Expect it to have a huge tendency to clump and take forever to fully mix in to anything. It also has little else from a vitamin and mineral standpoint.I could see it working out ok as a blended ingredient at least, just be prepared for it to very much thicken something. It sits surprisingly heavy (but not in a bad way) in my stomach, it was filling at least. If you really want a zero carb/sugar protein powder, I recommend pay the extra couple bucks and go with Isopure's Zero. Mixes better, higher protein and nutritional content, and you can decent deals on it if you shop around.
