The macros are amazing on this product im not even kidding! Truely low carb, fat and sugars and really high protein. I got the vanilla flavour and tastes amazing on its own and mixed. Love!I have mixed this in my porridge,as well as making a thick mousse using cold water as a quick breakfast. I got the vanilla flavour, and it reminded me a little of Angel Delight when making the mousse. As a relatively new vegan, and doing a fair bit of exercise l wasn't getting the right amount of protein for my weight, so have introduced this once a day to make up the shortfall. I'll see how l get on with it over the next month, and think I'll try mixing it into a vegan pancake mix to make at the weekend. I personally have no problem with aftertaste or texture, but each to their own etc. For the price, it's very much worth it, in my opinion.I order both the Vanilla Cream and the unflavoured.. so far have only tried the vanilla cream. It tastes ok but is very sweet tasting.. I've made it up with water. You don't need milk. quite nice with a bit of cinnamon added to it. I purchased this one as I am having surgery and am going to be on a liquid only diet and will need to get my daily protein intake in.The vanilla one had an unpleasant "fake sweetener" aftertaste that I hated at first. I've never liked stevia ! You get used to it pretty quickly though, so it doesn't bother me now. I mixed mine with water and it was fine. I tried it with cashew milk too, but had the most awful bloating and wind so I won't be using nut milk again !After what some other reviewer mentioned, I went to their website, where it turns out there are constantly big savings to be made, so I bought some of their other stuff there.The chocolate one is nice enough, no complaints. And the unsweetened version is good - that's the one I will stick to from now on I think.I put 300ml water in a jug, add the powder, stir with a spoon then transfer to a glass bottle with lid and give a good shake. Rarely any issues with clumpy bits so I don't really understand why others complain about this aspect - clearly you are not stirring/shaking enough people !Quite filling I think - I've had a bad habit for years of only eating a banana for brekkie as I've never been a breakfast person (trying to change this now I'm training). A bottle of this keeps me going for a couple of hours , whereas I might need 2-3 bananas to do the same.I’m lactose intolerant and have IBD so I purchase this protein shake and don’t have any flare ups such as heart burn
