Had Takoyaki before in both Tokyo and San Francisco but had never tried to make it myself.This pre-mixed powder resulted in a tasty home-made takoyaki. The recipe is for 100g of powder and the pack I purchased had 500g -- or 5 batches of takoyaki. In my experience one batch of this batter makes 16 takoyaki.I would definitely buy this pre-mixed powder again due to its simplicity and taste.FYI: If you're looking for a pan too, I recommend It’s goodSo easy to make, even though the instruction is in Japanese! You can tell what it's asking you to add in to make the batter. Then you just add whatever veggies and meats you'd like (doesnt have to just be octopus, although it is really tasty). We love it!I use this powder whenever I make takoyaki however I think they measured the grams wrong. It’s only 400g not 500gThis little pack is sooo amazing! It takes away the hassle of having to make the takoyaki mixture from scratch, they taste great and they cook exactly as a regular takoyaki would. Please, learn how to cook these first and buy the required materials in order to achieve takoyaki perfection. They aren't the easiest thing to cook, but they are definitely worth the effort!I used it for making takoyaki, it was good. There was no English description on the package, so you may need to guess the meanings. You can always follow YouTube videos to make takoyaki and use cake flour instead of this.delicious and tastes like commercial takoyakiThis takoyaki powder is too dense for my taste. I have been told the OTAFUKU brand is a lot fluffier. Obviously the texture depends on your preference but I love fluffier takoyaki. When making the batter it seems a little too liquidy but honestly its dense when it starts cooking. I added even more water and it didnt fix it. Next time I may add a little bit of baking powder to it. I have been told yama imo powder can help make it fluffier but I haven't purchased any of that yet.こちらのたこ焼き粉は何も手を加えず、卵と水だけ加えて混ぜ合わせるだけ！それだけです。粉自体味がついております。焼き上がり、カリっ、中はとろっとした、たこ焼きが作れました！100店近所のスーパーで買えないので買ってみました。大量にあるので、何度も使えます。いままで使っていたたこやき粉より美味しいしお安いです。
