I ordered this for my partner's use in preparation for surgery. A liquid-only diet is a challenge, and mixing protein powers into drinks is always a challenge. This bottle is a perfect solution.When I got the unit and tried it, we were amazed at how effective it is. The "whip" inside the bottle is extremely small and appears to be a lightweight plastic, so I was concerned with how well it would hold up. However, so far, it's worked perfectly with no complaints.The second day when we tried to use it, the device wouldn't turn on. We charged it fully, but that wasn't the issue. Apparently, there was something wrong with the power switch. I reached out to Amazon and arranged for a replacement, and the replacement unit has been working perfectly.The package includes a small brush that can be used to simplify cleaning. I do recommend removing the base before rinsing as it's important to make sure no water gets into the motorized base. A charging cable is also included: the device uses a standard USB-C connector, while the plus is USB-A. Unlike most devices, this one really needs to use the provided cable, as the LED lamp for charging status is on the cable, NOT the device. The LED on the USB-A plus is red when the device is charging, blue when it's fully charged. That's a pain, as I have a charging station with different cables and connectors on hand and use it for all of my other devices.Based upon the price and performance, I think this was a good choice. I'm hoping that the original unit was defective and that the power button issue isn't intrinsic to the design. Time will tell if this one holds up. However, when it works, it works great! Based upon my experience so far, I would order this again.I bought this to use with protein shakes. I used this twice then went out of town for a couple weeks and now it won't hold a charge. I missed the return window but will not buy from this brand again.Used three times and fails to power on now even when the blue light shows fully charged. Good for price if it worked but since it doesn’t it’s useless.Stopped working after having it for 1 week. No option to contact seller to se if something could be done.Not worth the money, it brokeI like the cup. It's nice. It works best depending on what you need stirring. It's not made to make smoothies like a mini blender but to stir and mix up other liquids this will due fine. I actually like it with my coffee to mix up and everything. I like that it is charged by USB cord which means I can take it any where. The glass has measurement marks up to 20 oz. It looks like glass but I think it's super durable "glass like" plastic. It's lightweight and easy to grab. I can actually use it with our without it stirring. It stands level. I like how the mouth part closes and seals. Nothing complicated to use, it's just a one button operation. Because I don't use it for heavy duty stirring or mixing, I have only charged it 3 times in the past 30 days and it's still going strongI like that there's no finicky computer controlling the amount of time or force this blender can handle. Most of the other blenders of this sort have let me down when I try to mix something that is too thick or too clumpy. This one is a basic on/off switch. That's a good thing.There's no charge light on my device. I can't tell if it's charging or if it's full. I'm not happy about that. -1 star.The base has a cover for the USB C port but there's no real water proofing. From experience with other blenders like this I recommend detaching the base any time you aren't mixing. Don't leave the base attached and rinse the blender off. Water will eventually get inside and muck up the charger circuit.I can put some crushed ice and half a jug of milk into this and let it spin up before adding protein powder and it does really well. It doesn't chop the ice into small bits but the ice also doesn't bother the motor any. I'm primarily using this for mixing milk and protein powder.I like the overall design of this but I do find the plastic to feel a bit cheap. The lid is OK to drink from but there's a lip around the hole that makes for a shake dribble area. I think that's by design. It's one of the better designs. The plastic looks nice since it's new but it does have that "insta-crack" tint to it. Do not drop this or treat it poorly.This is on the cheaper side and I recommend it for $22. It's definitely effective. I've tried over a dozen different styles and types and this one is a keeper. I prefer the kind with chopping blades that can turn ice into smoothies but they are usually a pain to keep charged or not overwhelm with ice.It was ok till the battery went dead I went to go plug it in and the plug was sliping out I took a closer look on to why and the female part of the carging port was pushed far into insideIt worked great for the first few days but the one I got would not charge. Probably just a dud. Had to return but may reorder.Très bien pour les shaker et soutout très silencieux !!!
