Flavor is good, but texture is greater. Before buying this I was looking for reviews about the quality of ingredients, performance and muscle gain results but I could not see much of it here, most of people tend to qualify supplements by flavor but honestly this does not work for me. Flavor is not the most important thing in supplements. even this one having good and “natural” flavor what I liked at most was the instant gains I got after just a few days. I was in a break of my exercise routine for about 3 months and little lazy to restart it. Actually I restarted my routine one week before starting supplementing again and was very tough to get the pace again, but after one week drinking one portion a day after training, results in performance and muscle gain were visible and I could train as I used to not feeling lazy. By far one of the best supplements I tried.I wish this product were 20% less expensive, because I really do enjoy the taste. At first I had the chocolate, and it tasted great! I realize it wasn't tasting as good, so I tried the vanilla (which I had before, and I didn't like as much). Now vanilla is my favorite.It turns out, chocolate started tasting not as great because I had switched over my liquid from milk to almond milk (to reduce my calorie intake). So my recommendation is: if you're using milk as a base, go for chocolate. Otherwise, vanilla pairs well with unsweetened almond milk.I was hoping that since Lebron and Arnold Schwarzenegger are owners of this brand, formula would had a decent taste. Perhaps the chocolate flavor taste better since cocoa powder can mask the stevia taste but this vanilla is another failure equal to most whey protein powders that contains stevia which makes them undrinkable. Don't attempt to drink it with water alone.This is probably the best tasting protein I’ve tried, it is hard to get from being gritty so you have to mix it with different things and figure out the right consistency. I don’t recommend with just water. Milk only is pretty good. Also, When I purchased this item it says on the item listing that this is 30 servings. When I received the product it was only 15 servings. Even says it on the box and each individual package says 1 serving and there are 15 packets. What’s the deal? Maybe it would help if you wouldn’t blurr out the image of the product where it says 15 servings.Had two jobs for a while that required me to fly nationwide on a weekly basis and Ladder was a godsend because I could not find any other creatine/protein powder that came in this form factor. Now that I'm not living that life, I'm still using it because my gym is pretty far and it works with biking to the gym.My last two times getting this I have received a different formula than the one in the description, I am receiving Whey protein isolate with tart cherry, it tastes gross and doesn't seem to work as well, also, no mention of probiotics. I think they started making it cheap and are trying to trick us., very disappointing.tastes greatThis has been my favorite protein powder for over a year now, but they removed the probiotics and added cherry flavor and it tastes horrible now. Not buying again. And the picture still shows it has probiotics but does not. Not happy.
