Very rich blue color. Great packaging. Overall great product.We really wanted this product. I had learned about it from a friend, and could not wait to try it. Alas, instead of ordering it elsewhere, I decided to go through Amazon. I guess that was the mistake. The listing clearly says PRIME members get free delivery, that it was in stock, and ready to be shipped by Amazon almost immediately. The product never showed, so I contacted Amazon. Amazon said "just cancel and re-order", thanks, glad to know my PRIME membership that I've had for over a decade means so much... I decided to just wait. Days beyond original delivery date go by, and the item finally arrives. A RAW FOOD SUPPLEMENT, was delivered to a hot Texas mailbox via USPS, in over 100F weather, instead of to my door. When I opened the package, it was literally burning HOT to the touch. The black plastic cap was broken, and the safety seal was compromised. I'm explaining the entirety of this here, because it is ALL pertinent to my experience as a verified buyer of this item. I will NOT even attempt to ingest this. I contacted the seller of this product, and am awaiting resolution. I will say, it's the most gorgeous blue color I've ever seen. I wish I could actually be able to enjoy the benefit of trying it without fear that it is contaminated. It is a major shame, because the product is supposedly high quality, yet treated during transit like its garbage. I'll update this review once I'm able to work through this with the seller, but I will no longer purchase things like this through Amazon ever again. I'm totally disgusted and disappointed.UPDATE: Seeing how I can't even contact Amazon regarding the way this was delivered to me, and the Seller passed the buck off onto Amazon, I had no choice but to contact the manufacturer directly, E3Live.2nd UPDATE: E3Live was disappointing, to say the least. Amazon ended up honoring the fact that the item is unusable, and finally, after much time and effort on my part, agreed to refund me. E3Live was given the opportunity to make things right, but made me feel like I wasn't a priority by not getting back to me, so therefore, the refund issued by Amazon is sufficient. I will find another blue algae supplement that I can feel good about investing in, and taking internally.I hate to leave a bad review on the product, but when I opened the package the inside was blue. When I inspected the actual bottle, the lid had cracked and the powder had spilled out despite there being a sealSo, I had been looking for specifically Blue Spirulina for a while now, and everyone I had seen use it ALL recommended Blue Majik. When I looked it up, I was a little taken back by the cost compared to the amount and decided to keep looking. I tried a couple other products but nothing was really giving me the color I was looking for. I decided to give this a try, and I am sorry I didn't try it sooner. It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful color, no harsh smell, easily mixed into everything. Wonderful product.Be prepared, this smells & tastes absolutely disgusting. Reminds me of bad oysters or clams, has that salty ocean taste. I opened the package & almost lost my lunch. But I was determined to try it anyways. I added 1/2 a scoop to plain water (they recommend 1 full scoop), BAD IDEA! I started to gag from how bad it tastes. I added lemon, it helped kill some of the taste & odor but it was still very unpleasant to drink. Then I tried 1/4 of a scoop in orange juice, that seemed to mask it completely & drink it without a problem. So the key is to mix it into very strong juices or smoothies & don't use the full recommended dosage unless you like drinking ocean water.As for the color, it is a beautiful glittery blue. If you are purchasing this for the intent of a natural food coloring, you will be happy with the results. I just can't promise you'll like how it tastes. Note* a little goes a long way! I suggest to never use a full scoop. Just sprinkle lightly & add until your desired blue, but make sure to taste it as your mixing, you don't want to make something you won't end up eating because it tastes too fishy.BECAUSE OF MY DIABETES, I TAKE THIS POWERFUL ANTIOXIDANT THAT ALSO PROMOTES MY HEALTH. I DO FEEL MUCH BETTER IN THE MORNING WHEN I TAKE THIS BEFORE BEDTIME. I COMBINE THIS WITH MY KLAMATH LAKE ALGAE, LIQUID CHLOROPHYLL, AND SPIRULLINA, COMBINED INTO A JUICE.
