I purchased this because it was very cheap, only $4.5/lb, and I saw the low reviews of it below. It's definitely different - most likely because the soy bits are dominant, but it also has both fruit elements and cocoa elements as well. It does taste a bit "old", like it has been sitting on a shelf for about five years, but I think that's just the normal flavor of the ingredients. In texture it could be described as "bumpy", having lots of little medium-density bits to chew on, instead of softer oats.I wouldn't order this as a breakfast museli, it's too sweet for that, but I've had it a couple times with milk for desert, and in that capacity it's quite good. I may blunt it a bit by adding in some rolled oats, the mild bitterness of them should counteract the sweetness and balance out the somewhat bumpy texture. Can't say I'd recommend this over the numerous other muelis I've had over the last year, so unless what you read above appeals to you, I'd try one of Seitenbacher's other offerings.
