The sponge that came with it stores in the bottom flip up compartment in case. I like that a lot, stays put unless you open case and literally flip it open kind of upside down which means full control, no accidents. Mirror is included on inside top.There is a scent to the foundation, but I do not find it offensive or overbearing. Until you get used to the level of coverage you want, I found the sponge soaks up a lot of the foundation right away. After it builds up on sponge, the consistency remains easier to judge how much you actually need. Covers really well but not a heavy fake look as it does turn to powder. I don't know how Milani does it, but it stays on really well even though a powder. Looks good even though I have age lines, not 80 year old but they are def. there! LOL, pleased it does not settle in lines! If you go all day and night I don't know, you may want a touch up, but I have never felt but one time it was necessary. Love the look and color is flawless against skin. I really do think this color, as well as all Milani products I've tried, look great on just about anyone. Daughter is fairer than me and it even looks good on her skin. Very happy.I have never, ever bought makeup online. I have always bought it where I could actually try the color out on me before buying it. I wore the same cream foundation for years and years and then the company went out of business. So I started buying those powder foundations and never really did find (a) a proper color match, (b) one that didn't dry my skin out. I honestly don't remember what I was searching for on Amazon when I came across this product. I read all the reviews, which were good, and decided the price was great so if I got it and didn't like it I wouldn't be out that much money. In my 50+ years of wearing makeup I have always bought a light or soft beige. I know there were other shade choices to choose from but I decided to just try this. I LOVE IT!! When I first applied it to my forehead I thought "oh boy that is way to dark!", but it wasn't. As it easily blended across my skin it was perfect. It is SO NICE to look in the mirror and not see dry, flaky skin, which is what the powder foundations did to me no matter how much moisturizer I used under it. This makeup far exceeded my expectations. It is almost identical to the product I bought years ago that went out of business. I am extremely pleased!I only used to buy Avon, they just got to expensive. so I tried this with a coupon and I love it. smooth and soft face after applying.Perfect! I matched my skin tone in the store prior to this product being discontinued in Walgreens. This is perfect for combination skin, darker than normal spots oily, and/or dry skin. Comes with sponge, may need to wet sponge for smoother application. Didn't give it 5 stars because although it has great coverage, if I have it on too long within the course of the day my face breaks out. But overall it serves its purpose as long as you know the color you're looking for. Still recommend!Came exactly like the photo and arrived on time with proper packaging.I had much hope for this product as I have read some good reviews. Regretting every single penny as it’s gone in the bin after first application. It’s got a very strong unpleasant smell of perfume which I couldn’t stand. Full of toxic perfume! (You are putting people’s health at risk!) It does not blend with your skin, makes it noticeably flaky and dry. I emailed the seller before I bought this product on their Milani official website asking for some suggestions to choose my right shade. They didn’t have any courtesy to reply. But I still bought it for a benefit of doubt. Sorry i do not trust these 4/5 star reviews, I think they are fake.Really good product. Great color match for me. Good coverage and long lasting. Would recommend.Love this make up. First discovered it while on holiday in Florida.This cream foundation is okay but makes me look a little orange. Maybe I just didn't get the right colorI had used this product previously but have not been able to get it in Buff. I was so pleased that I found it here.Good product with nice coverage and colour suits.
