As I was heading into my mid-60s and I have an active exercise routine, I wanted a collagen protein supplement to add to my dietary health choices. On my list was to find one that wasn't "gritty", reasonably priced, easy to travel with (no large jug) and, most importantly, had absolutly zero flavoring to interfer with the taste of my drink or food. Just by luck (or on sale) I found unflavored Bulletproof Collagen Protein. Bingo! It checked all my "needs" boxes and I scooped (yes, pun intended) it up. And as the story goes, I have never needed to go in search of another.It is so easy to use. I don't usually use protein shakes because I don't want to give up my morning coffee. This is amazing, I mix it in my hot coffee. It suppresses my hunger, no taste. I don't think it is magically fixes my neck pain, but I didn't expect it to. But I have lost weight so I will take that. It is a little expensive but since it is replacing a meal, that is how I justified buying it.The moment I took it my chronic shoulder pain disappeared. It was like taking a muscle relaxer, honestly. I didn’t expect it to relieve pain and tension, I just thought this stuff was healthy and good for me but WOW!joint health and collagenCould have been packed in a smaller container but what a value!!Can have a slight bitter taste in higher concentrationsNo matter how many collagen products I've tried, I always come back to Bulletproof. I am a fan of Dave Asprey and I do believe he produces excellent products and holds very high standards.I have no clue why the survey asked about pain relief. I've never heard or read that collagen relieves pain. It can help with regeneration of cartilage (yes, cartilage does regenerate if you're not blocking that process by using NSAIDS). As the body regenerates cartilage it will become more comfortable on the joints. But instant pain relief? If you're not in a big hurry. Depending on your current age it could take months or years to achieve total pain relief!However, at 70 I can and have easily passed for 45 to 50. Even been carded occasionally when buying wine. So I swear by the 20g of collagen & 18g of protein plus MCT & grassfed ghee in my morning coffee.Container is small but it has zero taste. PerfectSo now I'm not buying it anymore. I'm a pensioner and I feel it helps me but found much cheaper and higher rated Colagen powder on Amazon.
