Purchased this two weeks ago, have been using it every day. I was married to a Brazilian for a decade, and am a huge fan of Guarana. This is exactly the same as we used to bring back from Brazil in the 90's. For people who've never tried Guarana, it's a natural energy booster with some great libido boost. I take about 1/2 teaspoon in the AM before work, and sometimes another serving around 3PM. No real 'crash' like consuming sugar and energy drinks. The product is powdery, takes about 5 minutes to mix into water (just put 1/2 teaspoon in the bottom of a cup, and 5oz water and let it site for 5 minutes, then stir it up). It tastes, well, like dirt - it is a plant after-all. I'm disappointed that some people rated it poorly based on flavor or immediate water solubility, because in my opinion they just didn't know what they were buying. if you want something that WORKS and is HEALTHY give this a try. If you want sweet soda energy products, stay with the Rockstar and Redbull type products.
