I decided to give this powder a try for the meal substitute and health benefits. It seems to be working, but a little too early to tell. Perhaps when I finish the bag I will know more. It does feel me up enough that I can skip a meal. I like the thought of all the nutrients. I feel fine after drinking 12 ozs. The "Mocha" flavor is pretty good. I cannot call it delicious, but good enough that it is easy to drink and enjoy. The bag is fairly hard to reseal. Perhaps that can be worked on. The shaker/container that came with my purchase is really good. I am glad I added it to my order. I threw my old one away.The price point is way too high for the quality of this product. Even when properly blended it still had clumps and the salted Caramel flavor was more muted than I expected. I would definitely not recommend this purchase.I bought this because of the reviews it got. I had been on Opt-fast and I lost so much weight it was amazing...but the Dr’s office I was going to closed and I couldn’t find another Dr who did Opt-fast. Before Opt-fast I was on another drink that cost buku bucks and this one while it was kind of expensive it wasn’t as expensive as that other drink. So I searched online to find a replacement and I thought this would work. However, I blended it like I did the other one, added my fruit, ice, vanilla milk and it looked really good! I took the first sip and while it tasted ok there was an after taste. This happened every time I made it the first maybe 3-4 sips has an awful after taste. I also noticed that it didnt really suppress my hunger pangs either. With Opt-fast and the other drink I was full for at least 4 hours or longer not uncomfortable full but I just didnt feel hungry even when I was upset or bored! With 310 that didnt happen...it could be just me...comparing 310 to the other drinks I’ve had....but I could handle the hunger coming back but that after taste I just couldn’t get over. I still have half a bag left from the original bag that I bought. My suggestion is you should try it because it might work for you...one thing I’ve found out is that certain things affect people in different ways....This review is for the MOCHA flavor: So far I cannot speak to the effectiveness of this shake other than to say that it mixes fairly well in the included shaker and does its job as a meal replacement (I drink it at work for lunch and it gets me thru to dinner). The flavor? If I had to describe the mocha flavor I would start by saying it is not mocha at all (in any way, shape, or form) - ZERO coffee flavor. It is more like slightly chocolate tasting water with what I would describe as having notes of almonds. The consistency? Well ... water ... with ground almonds mixed in for a nice gritty texture LOL. Although many say how wonderful it is when you add this or mix in that, I bought this shake for it's low calorie content. Adding bananas, yogurt, juice, etc. just defeats the point of choosing THIS shake. with all of that said, I am going to drink all 27 servings and keep with it. I probably should have purchased the vanilla version (and may do so when this bag is gone if I am getting results). Their advertising says it is delicious - it is not ... but you can drink it down and it does NOT make your stomach feel gross after you do (in fact, there is no unpleasant digestive issues with this product at all). So it is not pleasant to drink ... but no pain no gain (or is that "loss" LOL).Ordered the chocolate and at first had a hard time getting it down. Has a bit of a weird taste, but improved with a lot of ice and some peanut butter and half a banana if you’re diet allows. Couldn’t justify the cost of shakeology so used this as a supplement. For the price difference, it’s worth it. Kept me full. Just have to doctor it up a little more than ShakeO in my opinion.I have been using the 310 shake for 2 weeks so far. I drink two shakes a day during the week and one a day on the weekends. I have lost 9.5 pounds so far. I bought the vanilla first. It’s not bad tasting. It is a little chalky but if you add fruit and blend it in a blender that helps. I like to add a banana, pineapple, and mango. It’s very tasty. I have also tried the chocolate . I think it’s very good. It’s good by itself but extra tasty with some dark sweet cherries. Overall, I think the 310 shake is a great way to jumpstart my weight loss. It keeps me satisfied for several hours and has definitely curbed my cravings.This product tastes great and it helps changing your eating habits (it's better to have a shake for lunch, than to binge on potato chips). It's easy to make, and so it is quite convenient. But after 1.5 months on it I had to stop it because my liver was very unhappy with it. My liver numbers were through the roof for the first time in my life. It took me 3 months to get them back down. (I should point out I had breast cancer and chemo so that probably is why it caused an issue). I was really bummed because I actually loved the 310. The thing though is that with clean-ish eating, I have been able to keep on losing weight without 310, at the same rate I was losing weight on 310. So I guess that expensive product was actually not particularly necessary?I got the salted Carmel. The taste isn't amazing it is a bit bland, however that is what you get when there isn't any sugar or soy or anything. I do mix mine with coconut milk instead of water which helps give it a bit more taste. I have this sitting on my desk at work and I really like them. They are a great meal replacement or a snack for extra protein. I work out every day and I drink this as a snack...sometimes I forget my lunch and drink them for lunch, but paired with their tea and I stay full along with water.
