I've been repurchasing this for years and I love it! Consistently good. I usually just mix it with water and find it dissolves/mixes easily. It taste great and isn't too sweet or chalky. If you mix this with soy or nut milks I recommend adding some water to help it mix easier/better. One of my favorite treats is mixing this with Dark Chocolate soy or almond milk. It comes out tasting like a chocolate ice cream shake but less guilt! Also I see some comments about this not mixing well. If you put the powder and then a liquid on top in your blender bottle it will be clumpy at the bottom so I suggest putting your liquid first and then the powder on top in your blender bottle. This way when you shake it up the powder mixes with the liquid before getting stuck on the corners of the bottle.Tera's Whey has several things going for it -- it tastes great (not like it was created in a lab), it's loaded with protein (keeping you fuller longer), it's sweetened with stevia, and the cocoa is certified organic, and the milk is free from "Recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone" (rBGH) and Bovine Somatotropin, (rBST).I take a couple of scoops in a baggie to work and mix it in my water bottle. For me, it keeps hunger at bay between meals. I also find it helpful after a run -- the protein going toward helping muscle repair/building.Water is fine to mix this with, but I especially like this with Silk Almond Milk; it's a bit thicker and has a creamier taste. With the water, it can be a bit...well... watery. Plus, I recommend mixing this in a container you can shake, otherwise you wind up with little globs. I don't mind them, but that tends to be a turn-off for some folks.So if you're looking for a way to boost your protein intake with a product that (a) tastes great, (b) is free of hormones, and (c) sweetened with stevia, Tera's Whey is certainly a product to consider.Im new to the protein mix world so I can't really compare this product to others, but I have read a fare amount of reviews about other products and theirs always mixed opinions. This stuff mixes well with water, tastes great, and gives me a nice energy boost. I usually drink it twice a day, with breakfast and lunch and feel fuller longer. I have been drinking this stuff for about a month or so now and it works for me.This was recommended by a family member, and after months of using Tera’s, I don’t think I could ever buy another protein powder product. Not only is it the best on the market for purity (no added chemicals or preservatives your body doesn’t need), but it is simply delicious. I train in jiu-jitsu and drink 1-2 protein shakes a day. You can mix it with water or milk, but I always drink mine with a blend of: banana, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and orange juice. The result is a chocolate-strawberry dream. Another great benefit of Tera’s is it doesn’t have that overwhelming fake chocolate taste that most commercial protein powders have. It is delicious, not overpowering, and blends very well. It might be a little more, but I consider it worth the cost (which is only ~$1 per smoothie) when you get pure, natural, and effective protein.I loved the taste of the protein powder. If you mix in a blender, it tastes amazing. I just use 100 ml of water and 2 scoops of the protein powder. It tastes like chocolate milk. I personally dint like vanilla because of the after taste of stevia, but chocolate is amazing. It is a little pricey though.The directions call for two heaping scoops of Tersawhey. I choose to make it with three level scoops and 8 ounces of 1% milk. It just taste great, gave me solid energy and tamed my appetite. I am on a restricted diet which calls for no more than 100 carbs a day and that using all food products that are high in protein. This is my third 24 ounce container is just terrific, taste great and is helping me melt the fat away. This is an economical protein drink compared to pre-mixed. Cut my cost by 50%.Good texture and flavor. This is by far my favorite brand of protein powder.Having been a Tara's Whey fan for years. Clean product. Great flavor. Never gritty. I recommend it to all of my friends and family. All of the flavors are great. If you are not a fan of Chocolate give the Bourbon Vanilla a try. Its awesome.This protein tastes so good. They used to have it at the whole foods next to me but stopped carrying it.. thank god amazon has it! I love the protein, the only one that doesn't make me break out like crazy
