I am really impressed with the chocolate flavor! Sadly, I haven’t been able to use it daily or it breaks me out. I’m hoping it’s just the chocolate flavor, which is sad for me because I really like it! I’m going to switch to another flavor and hope I don’t get break outs. Right now I’m only able to drink it every other day, or a scoop a day instead of two, that keeps my skin from getting too bad. This definitely needs to be used in a blender to mix fully. It doesn’t even upset my stomach or make me nauseous like the ensure plus does. However, I still can’t drink it before running, only after which is expected. I will definitely repurchase, but if I still break out I may be forced to look elsewhere. And yes, I drink a ton of water so it’s not from that. I’ll keep you posted!I got the 1200 calorie bag. I cannot gain weight since I quit drinking 7 years ago and I got really sick also taking me to 93lbs. Didn't think I was going to live but anyway, I have went from 130 to anywhere between 105 to 113. I am on medication that makes me not hungry and I have a problem with not sitting down, I always have to be doing something so that doesn't help either. I mix mine with milk or 2 boost plus shakes 350 calories each so adds another 600 with two (go hard or go home baby) so hopefully I can get to 125 or 130 by next week. I jest, but seriously, hope it happens asap! I am 5'1 and it sounds like a little much but hey I miss my jiggle when I sneeze, blink, etc...I will report back with any updates! Tastes great to me I got the chocolate one! I gave it 4 stars because I just started and from the reviews I have read so far sounds hopeful so when I put 5lbs on I will up it to 5 stars! ;)So i'm very skeptical of powdered protein drink mixes. I have to say this one tastes like a protein version of Nesquik. it's pretty sweet. Mixes really well in milk. I got this for my teen son who doesn't eat much and is VERY thin. We got it the first day and I have to say the "scoop" is about a kitchen Cup measure. They are HUGE for 16oz of fluid and you are supposed to use 2! We tried 1 scoop with 8oz of milk and he said it was sickeningly thick and chocolatey. Been a struggle to get the full scoops in him the last couple days. He gets full then doesn't want lunch or barely dinner. I need him up over 1200 cal a day so I'm working with it. I don't use water, we use Vit D milk for extra cals. I added 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and a little caramel syrup to make it a milk shake. He liked it, but it filled him up for most of the day. My younger daughter (6) loved it but there'd no way she could ever take down that much to drink. Today I made it with 16oz Vit D milk and about 8 oz of coffee (which helped thin it out) and a little SF caramel syrup for a Jamoca-type drink. He said it's ok. It's about noon and he's been working on getting it drank since 8am. I haven't tried the smaller size which is supposed to taste even better. i'm going to keep working with the flavor and consistency and see if it helps him get it down faster and boost his appetite. Before he was eating dinner after his part time shift and maybe a snack during the day. At least now he's getting the shake and still eating dinner after work so it's progress. He did say it would be gross mixed with waterThis is honestly one of my favorite shakes on the market. They taste amazing and they bulk you up pretty fast.For me I have a very fast metabolism so it was hard to find something to get my mass up. This did the job 100My lucky husband has a hard time putting on weight cuz his job is very physical and lots of labor. This helps him keep the weight on. Without it he’d be super skinny. Lucky duck.I used this as my weight gainer during my cycle the last few months. Other supps I used where recover pro, razor 8 for when I was feeling lathargic, Gener8 vitargo, and then of course your staples multi, fish oil, joint support, and cycle assist by AI. This was NOT my weight gainer of choice I started with mutant mass which I used to love but have not used it since they changed the formula and lets just say I thought I was going to break my toilet. I wanted to use Monster mass but They didn't have any in stock so I went with this.Taste- This was one of the things I was looking forward too, I assumed that since syntha-6 tasted so great this would follow suit... Nope, I had two tubs of vanilla and two of chocolate. The vanilla had this real artificial taste and almost a sickening after taste and film in your mouth. The chocolate was ok but had a bit to much of a cocoa taste to it. Didn't get a chance to try any of the other flavors since that's all they had in stock.Value- I bought them two at a time and I got a buddy who works at the local GNC so I got two for about 100 bucks which is pretty good here in Canada. At 18 servings a container its not the greatest bang for your buck but was the extra calories that I needed during the day.Effectiveness- I would have to say it was really effective but having said that I was on cycle so all 25 pounds I gained I cannot contribute to this product alone. This really help get those extra calories between meals or first thing in the morning before I cook breakfast.Side effects- Other than the nasty after taste from the vanilla. It gave me some gas but any weight gainer will do that to you.Usage- I used 1-2 shakes a day (the full serving 3 scoops) in between meals or if I was on the go and didnt have time to grab some real food.Overall- I feel this was a solid product I would recommend this to someone if they could get it cheap or as a second or third option. I personally would use this again if I had to but would opt for either monster mass or real mass before it.Amazing customer service and great product will be ordering again without a doubtHulk Smash!Amazing!!!The people reviewing this product do not even know how to blend this gainer in water and they're giving verdicts. It's a genuine product (seller cloudtail), it tastes kind of okay, 2 scoops would mean that you'd need a bigger shaker. I've had about 5/6 servings with non fat milk, I did increase my food intake as well, hence I have gained about 5.5 - 6 kgs till now.Ensure that your shaker has a round stirrer which is non plastic and you'll be able to mix this with milk or water pretty easily.Edit: after full consumption, along with heavy training and proper diet, I've gained 9 kgs weight.Good product.Dont use it if you dont have a diet plan.Have a diet plan and workouk routine so will gain muscles faster.This is not a normal weight gainer.I got my muscles punped up.Awesome product. Loved it.
