Add more fruit and its thick as a milk shake and its like a dessert!I Absolutely love this protein powder! I am an everyday user. I always have a shake with almond milk in the morning and I have become more regular, my sugar levels stay low, fights hunger cravings and the flavor is amazing. I have tried several over flavors and all are just as amazing. I love this especially for women because along with a diet and this powder I have been able to balance hormone levels and lose weight. I love that this is all natural as well. Overall I highly recommend this brand and any of its flavors.I am currently useing this product and, first found the flavor of the whey a bit bland. Unlike the shakes that use soy, and are much more flavorful. But after getting used to the difference..and sometimes including strawberries, bannanas, and other fruits, I found it to be be quite good! I will re-order soon...Price was lowest I found on the web also...Good taste and has a lot of vitamins.Love it ,Is a staple. But price is driving me to Generics! They needPrice controls!Good stuff. Makes a good snack but I would not call it a meal replacement. It does take some edge off of hunger though.I would order chocolate again. To make it sweeter, sometimes I add sugar because I am after the extra protein.I've reviewed other Nature's Plus Spiru-Tein products. I highly recommend them for weight loss, or if you are concerned you're not getting enough nutrients. Put powder ON TOP of your liquid and use an immersion blender and you'll get a smooth shake.I have used the regular version of this product for years but am happily hooked on this new low carb version. It tastes even better than the higher carb product. I just wish they sold it in the giant size so I saved money and didn't have to order so often.
