In the moment I saw this on amazon, I was not really too sure on it cause I did not know for sure if it would be good with water but once tried it, I had a really nice surprise. It was like a milkshake, even with water and not milk, I was not expecting it at all. However, I mixed my sachet with a bottle of still lemon flavoured water, it was way good! After a minute of having it, I felt ready for doing my full workout and once I was finished, I felt like I could do another round but had to resist the temptation and urge.
