I make a drink with it most mornings. It's not a tasty supplement by itself.First it is a nutrition good for relaxation ( a little couple hours before bed). It is also a great source with Spirulina (Nasa said is a super food). I also mix nutritional yeast (your vitamin B's most people are chronically low).I also put in a couple tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar. A higher carb/sugar diet can lower acid levels for digestion (asorbtion).Sparkling water helps for flavor.Ok, with that said the asorbtion trick. Why not pills?If your insulin is high (sugar/carb) your body will try to store nutrition (obesity). Your body will start asorbtion after your insulin is low. Insulin is most always the dominant hormone.Pills have added ingredients that actually can make you more ill.I have tried to teach what this wonderful stuff can do to accelerate your health!Don't trust the FDA or corporate America or most Dr's because they all feed off each other.Excelente, Envío super rápidoI ordered this product after watching videos online regarding detoxing recipes to use with my Ninja blender. I read about all the great benefits of adding Chlorella to your diet and was excited to try it. I've already seen so many great benefits. My Mom came down with a really bad cold and I made her Chlorella shakes with 1 mango, 1 peach, 1 bannana, 1 cup of coconut water and 1 Tbsp of Chlorella. Her cold dissipated in 3 days. I was sold after that. In myself, I noticed increased energy in the morning after I switched to taking my shake around 6 pm when I get home from work. I usually drag out of bed and hit the snooze more than once. Now, I spring up like a chicken...literally. My nails seem to be 'brighter' like they're more healthy and my skin has a 'make-up' like glow and I don't wear foundation. Now this next part might be a bit gross, but hey...these are my results. lol. I really enjoy a good, clean bowel movement (sorry guys, lol) This stuff makes you feel like you're THOROUGHLY cleaning your colon of all that built up waste every time you take a poo. I've not experienced any diarrhea or upset stomach at all. Just very substantial 'poo' when I go. lol. Like you feel like a snake is making it's way down your intestines. AMAZING! (Hey! I'm weird like that lol) I can't vouch for any other brands of Chlorella, their potency or pureness because this was the only brand I've tried. I found them by doing a search for 'the best chlorella brand' and BulkSupplements was in the list. I loved this product and will definitely be adding this to my healthy regimen.But I expected it to taste badly. I tried putting in tea, juice, yogurt, TV dinners and even sticking a teaspoon in my mouth and chasing it with lots of water--LOTS of water! It sticks to everything and would come off the roof of my mouth no matter what, so I had to keep tasting it for about half an hour.The bag itself had tons of it stuck within the zipper part when I opened it but it's just the nature of this stuff to stick. There was no way for me to reseal the bag so I actually went out and bought plastic a container to dump it in. I think I overdid it with the amount I've been taking as my poops were green and I felt a little toxic. I think a supplement like this helps remove toxins so it's possible I was feel the effects of the toxins being processed out of my body.I like the way I feel after drinking chlorella. Its like a mild, sustained boost of energy. Nowhere like a caffeine buzz--its more of a healthy feeling--like I just fed my body 100% goodness. That said, this thing smells like a swamp.I have finally gotten used to the flavor thanks to adding a million other things to my smoothies. But I can see how some people might not like it. Also, be careful because the super fine powder gets EVERYWHERE lol! It stained one of my cloths even after throwing it in the wash.I always buy Bulk Supplements brand because its the real deal--fresh, potent, and I trust that the product is actually what it is instead of filler or weird stuff. Be aware they import from China, so do your research before you buy any specific supplements from them, bit since chlorella comes from Asia originally I figure its good.BulkSupplements offered me a free product in return for an honest review. Many of their offerings I either wasn't familiar with or the serving size /dosage was too precise to measure accurately and easily. As I was looking for something to throw into a smoothie without being concerned if it was too much or too little, this fit the bill. Also, I was looking for a superfood or combo to replace another big name superfood I've taken for years, but feel I've been priced out at over $2/oz. This product fit the bill perfectly and arrived sooner than expected, and I've since bought the larger size. The powder taking it aside from a smoothie mixes easily with just water and doesn't taste bad, despite some of the other reviews. I've been reading about all the benefits of chlorella and should have been taking this years ago. As to noticeable benefits, too soon to tell. Possible heightened mental clarity, which is desperately needed. I could be imagining it, but lets wait a while and see. Very pleased with the product, and maybe will add a follow-up note down the road.I have purchased the Chlorella Blue-Green Algae Twice from BulkSupplements.I have purchased other Chlorella from other sellers, twice to be exact. Very small packages for Much more $$$ than BulkSupplements.Neither one compared with BulkSupplements Chlorella. One of the two I threw away. It seemed fine, then it was funk.I went back to BulkSupplements, this Chlorella actually puts PEP in my body, it's a good thing.I did after my first purchase go to BulkSupplements web site, I on chat with a rep, I wanted to know where the Chlorella was sourced from.The answer: South Korea If this helps anyone, I like this chlorella, I make Swamp Juice with it. Chlorella added to Organic Green or Black Tea iced, no sugar., I brew the tea, toss in some Camu Camu, a ton of chopped ice, and a squirt of STUR. It's a gewd way to start my day.
