The ideal time to supplement DRIVEN WHEY is upon waking, after intense exercise, and before bed. Mix two (2) heaping scoops with 10 to 12 ounces of cold water and shake well. Drink immediately following workout. Mix one scoop with 4-6 ounces of water and shake. Consume 20 minutes prior to workout. To assess tolerance, begin by taking ½ scoop and increase daily, as tolerated, up to one full scoop. Add one (1) scoop to 6 to 8 ounces of water and shake well. Take 1 to 3 capsules with water 30 minutes before bedtime.
