The design of the bottle is great but when you seal the cap to the bottle it tends to leak a bit. But I do like how I can store my protein in the under compartment and that makes it easier for me too.I don't find a ton of value in the compartment.My old approach was this. I have two bottles: one for water, and one that I fill with protein powder and just leave in my workout gear until I need it post workout. This process works great. I have two water bottle pouches on my workout bag. I never cross flavors. I love it.What this CAN do is solve that "problem" of needing two water bottles. However in doing so it creates a problem that, at some point, I can't use my water bottle as a water bottle, because it tastes like it's had a bunch of protein drink in it. Additionally, you can never get all the powder out of the bottom container and cleaning that is a little bit annoying.If you're someone who WANTS a solution like this, I think this is a high quality product that solves that problem (at the cost of these new problems) but it's just not the solution for me.Works great, easy to use and to store.
