First flavor I tried but compared to other protein drinks like the ones from Gatorade (powder) and Protein2.0 (premixed) I really liked the sweet yet tart flavor. I mix it in a blender jar (the ball is lost so just water + mix) with 8 oz water, shake very well. Swirl to try to get any clumps into the fluid, then refrigerate. Let it sit a few hours to overnight. Add more water to make about 16 oz total, shake again, let it rest a half hour or so, it will settle into its clear, ready to drink state. I usually make one up at night, to drink the next day. I think it tastes a little bland if it sits in the fridge for >24 hrs, maybe thats just me. Great way to get the extra protein, and water, I am supposed to have after having weight loss surgery. For what it is, this flavor is tasty. It is Koolaid, or Crystal Light; the whey protein is going to change the taste and way you need to prepare it, that’s just a fact. Also, my 14 oz jar was “half full” by sight, but did have 14 oz of product in it. The jar had a seal. Nobody tampered with my order. The 400g container holds sixteen 25g servings. This is slightly over half a month's of daily servings and hard to reconcile with common Amazon subscriptions of one container/month.Adding to ambiguity, 25g of powder can be combined with 10 to 16 oz of cold water, The range suggests that it's a matter of taste preference, making me wonder about unspecified physiological benefits.25 g is described as a "scoop," but I had no equivalent measuring device. Disappointed that optimal measures in be stated in teaspoons or tablespoons, I was surprised to discover one buried in the contents. I would have been spared some frustration had its existence been disclosed with other labeling on the jar. It's a kindness to call the directions "ambiguous." Apparently whether 10 or 16 oz of cold water are used makes little if any difference. Just fiddle around until you discover what you like.I use a funnel to add to water bottles. After shaking it I would let it sit in the fridge for a little so all the foam and everything could settle. It has a nice flavor but because it’s lemon it was east to mix other flavors in also. It didn’t come with a scoop so I’m not sure if I was getting the right amounts in but I would definitely purchase it again.I was very wary of this product after reading the bad comments specifically for the pineapple orange banana flavor. I received my powder today and was expecting the worse. I used a bender bottle to shake the powder w 10 ounces of water and ice. It smelled delicious, honestly. I took a sip and was pleasantly surprised. It's not bad at all. A bit tangy, however. No clumps either, perfectly blended w a cheap 10-dollar blender bottle. I'm now excited to try out the other flavors.I love the flavor and it’s nice to not have to drink a chocolate/vanilla protein shake all the time. It is quite expensive though for a few servings so I try not to get it unless I am having issues with protein and food intake. It takes about 10 minutes for the foam to go away, but sometimes I put ice in it and just drink it with the foam there. I don’t like how it’s super powdery and messy, unlike whey protein powder this is very light. If you try to our the powder into your shaker a little too hard the powder will go in all directions like flour. If you’re not careful you can lose a pretty good amount of the powder itself just by trying to scoop it up or trying to get the scooper it comes with. Out of three deliveries only 1 was a mess where I opened it and a lot of protein powder fell out onto my counter and had to be thrown away.I feel like this should have WAY better reviews than it does. My husband and I are really picky about protein and have had a difficult time finding one that doesn’t have that weird filmy aftertaste. This protein powder tastes like Crystal Lite, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste. Currently I’m eight months pregnant and everything tastes off to me but this is like juice. It’s been a great way for me to make sure that I’m getting enough protein for the baby and myself. 100/10, we recommend.Definitely a good tasting drink, but when shaking it to combine it with water, there are often small clumps of wet powder which are difficult to combine into the drink. these clumps also tend to stick to the top of the bottle which is a really bad mouthfeel.I wanted a drink instead of vanilla and chocolate protein powder so I gave this a try. The powder is super fine but hard to mix up. You have to shake it bc stirring won’t get it all. The flavor is pretty good but protein is protein so it’s not like drinking the best tasting fruity drink but i still like it better than other heavy milky protein powdersEsta es una mini presentación. ExcelenteExcelente
