Had Takoyaki before in both Tokyo and San Francisco but had never tried to make it myself.This pre-mixed powder resulted in a tasty home-made takoyaki. The recipe is for 100g of powder and the pack I purchased had 500g -- or 5 batches of takoyaki. In my experience one batch of this batter makes 16 takoyaki.I would definitely buy this pre-mixed powder again due to its simplicity and taste.FYI: If you're looking for a pan too, I recommend CookKing - TAKOYAKI Nonstick Grill Pan / Cooking Plate with this.
