First off I got these cookies because I really like the Tone it up Birthday Bars, so I assumed it would be just as good. I was wrong. The cookies kind of taste like flavored chalk and the white chocolate chips in the cookie doesn't taste anything like chocolate.Not crazy about these - I only finished half the box and I love cookies. So I won't buy these again. Sorry...I was excited to try these for a new mid morn protein choice at work. For almost 200 calories I won't be buying them again. There is an aftertaste I don't care for.Didn’t like the smell it’s more like chalky but the labor ain’t BAD, just not satisfying. But if you want a lot of protein this is a goWhile i love these and love the brand. Buying this many cookies and being given a month to eat them is not very nice. I love a challenge but not like this.I am really surprised that they would ship this.The chips look dried out as well, not sure if that is normal or not.Check the use by of ordering.These cookies are absolutely delicious!There aren't too many protein cookies or bars that I think taste great but these are truly the best tasting cookies i've had.I like the ingredients but these cookies are just not good. They have no flavor except for a weird aftertaste of lemon extract, except for the white “chips” which are a rare mix of overly sweet and nasty bitter all at the same time. The density is not right for a cookie, either, making the whole experience of eating one very disappointing. I wanted to like these, but they are just really bad. Even my 15 year old son spit it out and wouldn’t eat them, and he’s part Labrador Retriever. His middle name is Hoover. There’s literally hardly anything he won’t inhale like a vacuum cleaner. Be warned. No diet is worth eating stuff that tastes like these.
