This Milk Chocolate flavor Soy Protein Isolate powder from Nutricost is as I expected based on it’s listing here. Upon opening the jar, the Chocolate aroma is apparent. After mixing the powder with water I found the flavor to be would I would call a standard, Milk Chocolate protein powder flavor. The Supplement Facts reads that each serving is 1 scoop (17g) and that the jar contains 55 servings. Each serving provides 10g of protein and 50 calories. The ingredients are as follows – Soy Protein Isolate, Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Natural Flavors, Salt (Sodium chloride), Stevia. There is a scoop enclosed in the container, however powders tend to settle, so I just weigh out the amount of powder I want. The serving suggestion is to mix 1 scoop (17g) with 6-10oz of water or your preferred beverage. I’ve used the full 17g serving with 10oz of water and I had no issue mixing it in a shaker cup with a blender ball. The powder mixes easily. The taste is pretty good, it’s a typical Milk Chocolate flavor. The mixed protein drink is smooth, though not as smooth as Whey Protein, however that was expected.Overall, this Soy Protein Isolate powder from Nutricost in Milk Chocolate flavor tastes as I expected, is easy to mix and drink, and my stomach handles it fine. No complaints. Made and Quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
