I love this powder for covering my gray roots between touch ups. The auburn matches great with my medium auburn hair. Most others I've purchased have been too dark. After washing my hair and letting it dry, it takes me about five minutes to cover the gray in my part and around my face. I do not need to reapply until I wash my hair again. It doesn't rub off on my pillow or clothes. The brush that comes with it is pretty useless. I use a makeup brush that is about 1/2 inch wide. It did take a little practice to get good at application. Get a generous amount on your brush and then tap off excess. Start at the center of your part and apply firmly in a brushing motion in the direction your hair grows (sorry, hard to describe). Be careful to start on your hair and not your scalp. It looks unnatural if you color your scalp.
