This is not very sweet. It doesn't mix well in liquids. If you put it in a blender with fruit and juice within a few minutes the seeds fall to the bottom of the glass. Maybe I will try another brand. I was drinking bilberry juice from or Market Street Grocery and that was very good but they are no longer stocking it. I'm a natural kind of guy but this is even a little rough for me.
